Semolina cake Ingredients needed Butter- ½ cup (unsalted) melted Powdered sugar - ¾ cup or 1 cup Semolina - 1 ½ cup Plain flour / refined flour - ½ cup Pinch of salt cardamom powder - ¼ tsp Curd / yogurt - ¼ (whisked) Milk - 1 cup (adjust consistency) Baking powder - ¾ tsp Baking soda - ½ tsp A handful of dry fruits - chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews Instructions Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ½ cup melted butter. Also, add ¾ cup of powdered sugar. add 1 cup for more sweetness. Whisk continuously, till the mixture turns silky smooth. Further add 1½ cup semolina, ½ cup plain flour, salt to taste and cardamom powder. Additionally, add ¼ cup curd and ¾ cup milk. Mix well add milk if required to adjust the consistency.
